In short

Shopify store management for Amazon brands means running your direct-to-consumer store so it converts well, shares inventory with Amazon through Buy with Prime or Multi-Channel Fulfilment, captures customers through email and SMS, and feeds products to Google, Meta and TikTok — without undercutting your Amazon pricing.

Embarc Consulting, a private-label-only agency, manages your Shopify store with the same weekly process we use on Amazon and Walmart, so every channel is planned together.

Why does an Amazon brand need a Shopify store?

Amazon gives you customers but keeps the relationship. Your own store is where you get the email address, the repeat order, the subscription and the margin that isn’t shared with a marketplace. It is also the landing page your Google, Meta and TikTok ads need, and the place Brand Registry and trademark questions point back to.

Most Shopify agencies don’t mention Amazon at all; most Amazon agencies don’t touch the store. We run both, so the store supports Amazon rank and pricing rather than fighting them.

How does Shopify work with Amazon fulfilment?

With Buy with Prime, eligible products show the Prime badge and fast, free delivery on your own store, with orders fulfilled from your FBA inventory. Where Buy with Prime isn’t the right fit, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment can still ship store orders from the same stock. One inventory pool means no second warehouse and fewer stockouts — as long as somebody plans it, which is what we do.

What makes a Shopify store convert?

Speed, trust and clarity. We fix slow themes and app bloat, rewrite product pages around the objections buyers actually have (often visible in your Amazon reviews), add reviews and guarantees, simplify checkout, and test offers and bundles. Every change is measured against conversion rate, average order value and revenue per visitor.

How do email, SMS and feeds fit in?

Klaviyo-style email and SMS flows — welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase and win-back — turn one-time buyers into repeat customers. Clean product feeds power Google Shopping and Performance Max, Meta catalog ads and TikTok Shop, so one catalog feeds every channel and pricing stays consistent with Amazon.

When does it make sense — and when doesn’t it?

We run this fit check on every audit. If the honest answer is “not yet,” we’ll say so and point the budget where it will work harder.

Frequently asked

Shopify questions, answered.

Not to sell, but it helps you grow. A store lets you own customer data, earn repeat and subscription revenue, run your own promotions and send paid traffic to a page you control. Many brands use it alongside Amazon rather than instead of it.
Buy with Prime lets eligible products on your own store show the Prime badge and offer Prime delivery, with orders fulfilled from your Amazon FBA inventory. Amazon reports that it can lift conversion for shoppers who trust Prime.
Yes, through Buy with Prime or Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF). We set it up and plan inventory so store orders don't put your Amazon stock, and your Amazon rank, at risk.
Only if it's run without a plan. We keep pricing consistent, use the store for bundles, subscriptions and loyalty, and point new cold traffic wherever it converts best.
Both. We build new stores, migrate from other platforms, redesign existing themes and run stores month to month.
Yes. We set up and run flows and campaigns in tools such as Klaviyo — welcome, cart and browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back.
Yes. We set up product feeds for Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs and TikTok Shop from your Shopify catalog, and can run the ads on those channels too.
Foundations — speed, product pages, tracking and feeds — usually take a few weeks. A full new build or migration takes longer and is scoped after the audit.
Pricing is scope-based and quoted after a free audit: project pricing for builds and migrations, and a monthly retainer for ongoing management and growth. Apps and ad spend are separate.
Always. The store, domain, apps, customer list and data stay in your accounts.
