Meta ads agency for Amazon and DTC brands.

Facebook and Instagram ads built for private-label brands — measured on what actually sells, whether the checkout is on Amazon, Walmart or your own store. Not vanity ROAS. Not a separate agency nobody reconciles with your Amazon numbers.

In short

Meta ads management for Amazon sellers means running Facebook and Instagram campaigns that send shoppers to your Amazon listings or Brand Store, tracked with Amazon Attribution so every click, add-to-cart and purchase is measured on Amazon itself. For brands with a DTC store, the same campaigns run with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

Embarc Consulting, a private-label-only agency and Amazon Ads partner, runs Meta as part of your Amazon strategy — so the ad, the listing it lands on and the inventory behind it are managed by one team.

Why do most Meta agencies get Amazon wrong?

Most Meta agencies are built for Shopify. Their reporting lives inside Ads Manager, and the moment the checkout happens on Amazon, Meta goes blind: it sees the click, never the sale. The usual fix is to optimise for clicks or landing-page views, which fills the funnel with cheap traffic that doesn’t buy.

Amazon agencies have the opposite problem — they know the listing but don’t run Meta at all. We do both, so the creative, the audience and the Amazon listing are planned together, and the result is judged on Amazon revenue, organic rank and blended TACoS rather than on Meta’s own dashboard.

How do Meta ads drive Amazon sales you can measure?

Every Amazon-bound ad uses an Amazon Attribution tag. Amazon then reports detail page views, add-to-carts and purchases from that ad, campaign by campaign. We read those numbers weekly and move budget toward the audiences and creatives that sell on Amazon, not just the ones Meta likes.

For Brand Registry sellers there is a second lever: the Brand Referral Bonus, a credit Amazon pays back on qualifying sales driven by non-Amazon marketing. On many private-label products that credit materially changes the maths of paid social. External traffic that converts also helps sales velocity, which supports organic rank on the keywords you already pay for in Amazon PPC.

What about Meta ads for my own store?

If you sell DTC, we set up the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API so purchases are reported server-side, then run Advantage+ shopping, retargeting and prospecting campaigns against a target built from your real margin. Where it helps, we split traffic so first-time buyers go where they convert best and repeat customers go to your store, where you own the relationship and the email list.

Where does creative come in?

On Meta, creative is the targeting. We brief and iterate ad concepts every week: product demos, problem/solution hooks, UGC-style videos, comparison and review-led ads, and static images for retargeting. Each concept is tested against a control, and the winners are reused on Amazon (Sponsored Brands video, A+ and listing images) so the work pays twice. All claims stay within Amazon and Meta policies — important for supplements, skin care and other restricted categories we manage every day.

When does it make sense — and when doesn’t it?

We run this fit check on every audit. If the honest answer is “not yet,” we’ll say so and point the budget where it will work harder.

Frequently asked

Meta Ads questions, answered.

Yes. Meta ads can send shoppers to an Amazon product page or Brand Store. We tag every link with Amazon Attribution, so detail page views, add-to-carts and purchases are measured on Amazon and reported per campaign and creative.
With Amazon Attribution, Amazon's free measurement tool for brand-registered sellers. Meta's own reporting can't see Amazon purchases, so we judge Amazon-bound campaigns on Attribution data and blended metrics such as TACoS, not on Meta-reported ROAS.
An Amazon program for Brand Registry sellers that returns a credit on qualifying sales driven by non-Amazon marketing and measured through Amazon Attribution. We include it when we calculate the real return on Meta spend.
It depends on your margins, your conversion rates and whether you want to own the customer. Amazon usually converts cold traffic better because shoppers trust it; your store gives you the email list and repeat purchases. Many brands run both, and we split budget on the numbers.
For most private-label brands, Amazon PPC comes first: shoppers on Amazon are already searching to buy. Meta works best once the listing converts and Amazon ads are efficient, as a way to add demand rather than to rescue a weak listing.
Yes. We plan concepts and hooks, write scripts and briefs, and produce or brief UGC-style videos and static ads. You approve everything before it runs, and we can work with your existing content or creators.
Yes, within Meta's advertising policies and the claims your product is allowed to make. We manage restricted-category brands on Amazon every day and keep ad copy and landing pages compliant on both platforms.
Enough for the algorithm to learn from purchases — usually a test budget that can buy dozens of conversions a month in each campaign. We recommend a starting budget after the audit, based on your price point and margin.
Tracking and first creative tests go live in the first few weeks. Meaningful read on what works usually takes four to eight weeks of testing; compounding results come from steady creative iteration over the following months.
Always. Campaigns run in your Business Manager and your Amazon account. Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta, and you keep every creative, audience and report.
Pricing is scope-based and quoted after a free audit: a monthly retainer for ongoing management, or part of a wider Amazon management engagement. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta.
